Damaged products will be replaced only if shown to ACS personel upon arrival and opened in front of them.

Please check your products always upon arrival if they are in an acceptable condition and call the hotline number of our company to resolve any dispute.

Cylaptopsonline provides a wide range of support options on all products sold from the site, as well as supporting 3rd party purchased products on an individual basis. Products within warranty period will be repaired according to the individual terms of the warranty. For products outside the warranty period, an evaluation and cost quotation will be performed free of charge, to determine the options available to the customer.

Laptop Repairs - Cylaptopsonline support staff can perform repairs on laptops even if the products are not purchased from Cylaptopsonline. We have access to notebooks parts for most major brands. This service is free of charge for all Laptops Diagnostic only (no fees).Please contact us before send your laptops (with ACS CURRIER) .
